This is the Broadband Transparency Disclosure for Love Mobile service: how we manage traffic, the speeds you can expect, and the terms of every plan.
Love Mobile® is a mobile virtual network operator, or MVNO. We operate on three of the major US networks, which we brand Love Pink, Love Blue powered by AT&T and Love Red. Our underlying network partners own and manage those networks.
This page explains how traffic is managed on our service, the performance you can expect, and the terms of our plans. It is published under the FCC broadband transparency rule. Nothing on this page changes our Terms and Conditions or our Privacy Policy.
On a busy cell site, Love Mobile® lines may be prioritized behind other traffic. Speeds return to normal when congestion clears or the session moves to a less busy site.
Our underlying network partners may optimize streaming video, which can limit resolution and speed. On Love Pink, video streams at DVD quality, up to 2.5 Mbps.
After a plan's high-speed data is used, speeds drop to the rate shown on that plan's Broadband Facts label for the rest of the billing cycle. That rate is 128 kbps on Love Pink, Love Blue powered by AT&T and Love Red. There are no overage charges. Plans with no high-speed data cap are never slowed for usage.
We do not block or throttle lawful content, applications or services. We do not offer paid prioritization.
Our underlying network partners may block traffic from known malicious sources to protect the network and the people on it.
Love Mobile® works on compatible 4G LTE and 5G devices. Service is activated by eSIM.
The speeds below are typical ranges, 25th to 75th percentile, from underlying network partner data compiled in August 2026. Your speed on any given day depends on where you are and what you are doing.
