Love Unlimited is a prepaid plan on the Love Blue network, for use in the United States. Speeds and performance are not guaranteed and may be affected by network congestion, coverage, your device and other factors, including third party limitations. Data speeds may be temporarily slowed when the network is busy. Unlimited data, talk and text apply to use within the United States. Video streams in standard definition at up to 1.5 Mbps. Some video may not be identified as video, and other content bundled with streaming video may also be slowed, including downloads. In some situations video may be delivered faster or at higher definition.
Mobile hotspot requires a compatible device and is included up to 50 GB per bill cycle. After 50 GB, hotspot speed is reduced to a maximum of 128 Kbps for the rest of the cycle, and tethered data may not be fully functional. 5G requires a compatible 5G device and is not available everywhere. Coverage varies by area and may include areas served by other carriers. Check the coverage map before you switch. Data used off our network may run at 2G speeds. This plan is intended primarily for use in the United States. Excessive roaming may result in service being restricted or ended.
Roaming in Mexico and Canada is included, with no roaming charges for plan data, talk and text. Unlimited calling and texting to Mexico and Canada is included. Calls to other countries are billed per minute. Calls to special or premium service numbers may carry additional charges. Text messages are included up to 1 MB in size, to the United States and more than 200 countries. The list of included countries may change without notice. Messages sent through apps may incur data or other charges.
This plan is designed for smartphones. Tablets, mobile hotspot devices, routers and other data only devices are not supported, and tethering must originate from your smartphone. Your line must be activated with the IMEI of the phone you use. Moving your SIM into an ineligible device is prohibited and may result in the line being disconnected.
Plan changes take effect at the start of your next bill cycle. Taxes and regulatory fees are additional and vary by state. Pricing, features, promotions and terms are subject to change.
