Koddi Dunn will be honored as PMI Tulsa’s 2026 Project Tulsa Award recipient on Friday, Sept. 18, at American Solera in Tulsa.
The chapter says the award recognizes leaders who are “projecting” Tulsa forward. Koddi is also the featured speaker for the evening.
Koddi is co-founder and CEO of Love Mobile® Incorporated, a prepaid wireless carrier where every subscriber’s monthly bill funds nonprofits in local communities.
The event is called Ignite 918: Dream Bigger. Build Stronger. Thrive Together. The date is not an accident. Sept. 18 is 918 Day in Tulsa, named for the area code.

Koddi co-founded Love Mobile® with her husband, Wade Dunn Jr., the company’s co-founder and COO. The idea started as a conversation at their kitchen table.
It has since grown into a licensed carrier operating across all three major U.S. networks, which the company brands Love Pink, Love Blue and Love Red, with international coverage. The company is revenue positive.
In her PMI Tulsa biography, Koddi describes the idea at the center of her work as enterprise philanthropy: the belief that giving back should be built into a business rather than added on.
She is a recognized voice in the Women in Business space and a featured speaker at international conferences. Her recognitions include being named a Top Women Leader in Oklahoma by the Women Leaders Association in 2026 and one of Tulsa Kids Magazine’s Top Women in Business in 2025.
Koddi is a graduate of Toccoa Falls College, where she earned a degree in business administration. She has been married to Wade for more than 18 years and is the mother of seven.
PMI Tulsa is billing the session as a look at building a purpose-driven business that changed customer loyalty, community engagement and sustainable growth.
The chapter says attendees will leave with practical insight into entrepreneurial leadership, growth and marketing strategy, and building lasting customer relationships through trust and experience rather than price competition. The session also covers how mission and profitability can work together, and lessons on resilience and leadership from an Oklahoma entrepreneur who built a business rooted in service.
The through-line is a question most operators never get a clean answer to: what happens to retention when a customer has a reason to stay that has nothing to do with price?
